SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship orders out in 2-day intervals, orders ship in 2 business days when placed before 2 pm EST Monday-Friday, we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 2 pm EST we will process your order the next 2 following days. If you place your order on Friday it will ship out on Tuesday of next week, If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday your order will ship out on Wednesday of next week. (Please Read Our Shipping Chart Above) We strive our best to get packages out no later than 3 business days.

Sometimes we ship packages out much sooner than scheduled, every now and then there may be a slight 1-3 day delay in shipping out packages due to an influx in orders. Please keep this in mind if you do not see your tracking number update once you receive one, or if you have not received one just yet. Also please add this time onto the USPS 24-48 hr tracking update and travel time, this information will save you time and aggravation in contacting us about your order.

However, If we are more then 6 days late in our Delay sending out your package you will receive a personal email from us stating why we haven't shipped your package and when we will ship out your package along with a courtesy coupon. We will only send you a courtesy coupon if we have to email you. Chances are if you did not receive an email from us it is because you do not have an email address on your account. (This does not happen often)

If you find that your tracking number is not updating please make sure to give it 24-48 hrs after you have received your shipment notification.
Many times there are weather issues, power outages, scanner system may be down or the postal service may not promptly scan packages on time.

We only offer (USPS) First Class Shipping and Priority Mail when your order exceeds a certain weight. We do not offer Priority Express Mail or Overnight Mail.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO ALWAYS HAVE AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS TO SHIP TO JUST IN CASE THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THE ADDRESS YOU ORIGINALLY PROVIDED TO US. Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for your tracking to update. After you have received your tracking number. Should your tracking number not update within 24-48 hrs give it another few more days to update. Sometimes the USPS tracking systems can be off track, there is no need to contact us about this matter because we can only see exactly what you see. We would have to wait as well for their systems to update in order to tell you the status of your delivery. The only time we can step in and help with anything concerning your package is if it has been shipped back to us and is in our possession.

Please allow 24 to 48 hrs for your tracking to update, after you have received your tracking number. Your order number and tracking number are not the same things. Your order identifies who you are, your address and what you ordered. Your tracking number is a number the mail service carrier (USPS) gives to you in order to track your package, please do not get the two confused. You will receive an email notification about the order you placed, then once your package has shipped you will receive another notification with your tracking number. The schedule shipping calendar is only provided as a guideline to let you know when we will ship out orders. That's all it is for, it is not stating that we shipped out your package. Please understand that unless you receive a tracking number your package has not yet shipped, you cannot track something that is un-traceable or un-trackable. Again in order to track your package please provide a correct email when placing your order.

HOLIDAYS
We always take an extra (2 days) to process and ship out orders on top of schedule deliveries after any HOLIDAY" It does not matter if its a major HOLIDAY or NOT". Reason being, we are usually not open on HOLIDAYS" and we always have a lot of orders to fulfill when we return back into our office. If you order 1 day before or 1 day after any holiday your order won't be processed until (2 days) after any holiday.  Also if you order 1 day before or 1 day after any holiday on or after Wednesday your order won't be shipped out until Monday because it falls on a weekend and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

BACK ORDER PURCHASE
If our items are on back order we will update you and have a notification right on the product page. Whatever date that is listed as to when your package/items will ship is the day that your package/items will ship. Please do not email us asking when your order will ship when we have made it very clear when they will ship. Again, you would need to wait for 24-48 hrs for your tracking number to update.

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our care, We are not responsible for items lost or redirected in shipping. Let that be repeated again! We are not responsible for packages once they leave our care, AGAIN! We are not responsible for items lost or redirected in shipping.
Should your package get lost or never make its way to you for some odd reason, please understand we cannot be held responsible for what someone else does. When you purchase from us you are agreeing to these terms. Don't email us saying you want a refund when it is already clear right here what will happen. We will not issue you a refund or send out a new product for a mistake we did not make.

Should your package not arrive, cannot be accounted for or if it's a possibility it was stolen after you have tried to speak to your carrier about the situation, please contact the post office. Also if your package never arrives or your tracking history shows its standing still at a USPS facility (It does not matter what facility, It could be here in Georgia or where you are located or somewhere else) please DO NOT CONTACT US! That is not something we can help you with, WHY? Because we do not physically have your package, THEY DO! We cannot assist you with something that is not in our possession, we would be running around in circles trying to do so. The same thing they are going to tell you, they are going to tell us and in fact, have already.

HOW DO WE KNOW?  because we have already had that experience, we reached out to the USPS Internal Services to get advice on this matter. The sound advice that we received from the USPS Internal Representatives about how to handle these kinds of issues is exactly what we are telling you to do. When you make a conscious decision to shop with us you are agreeing and stating that you are fully aware of our Shipping Policy and Terms. So again, you would need to contact the post office about your package and give them your tracking number (USPS) HERE

The only way we can help you with any shipping issues is if your package was returned back to us. Once we receive your returned package and it is back in our possession we can reship it back out to you, information on our reshipment policy is below. Should your package be returned to us/or not returned to us because you provided an incorrect address, a partial address or you were not present to collect your package, or it did not make it through customs for whatever reason... ETC. We will not issue a refund for your entire product or products purchased including shipping cost "NON NEGOTIABLE"
Why? Because we cannot resale any items that are returned to us.

RE-SHIPMENT
You have 15 days to contact us about your order only if you see that your tracking number states it has in fact been shipped back to us. It must show proof of this in the USPS tracking system that your package was returned to us. If you do not contact us within 15 days with proof of your package being returned back to us we will discard your items/package and close out your order. (WE CANNOT RE-SHIP ANY ITEMS/PACKAGE ONCE IT'S BEEN DISCARDED). Should this not be the case and you request that we Re-Ship your item back out to you, you are responsible for shipping fees + re-handling fees of $6.95, Why re-handling fees? Because your items are shipped to a completely different location. We would have to go to that location and retrieve your package then go through the process of shipping your item/s out all over again and going through the shipping process all over again.We will invoice you a fee upon request of $6.95 for Re-Shipment, You have 3 days upon contacting us to let us know rather you want us to re-ship your package out to you or not. After 3 days your items and package will be discarded and your order will be closed. PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to bring to our attention that your package was returned back to us. WHY? because we have a completely different location for returned packages, we will not know if your returned package is there unless you let us know. We then will go to our returns location and check to see if your package is there, once we retrieve your package we will contact you via email to let you know that we have your package. If we do not contact you that means that your package has not made its way back to us yet. We will continue to look out for your package until it arrives, should your package not arrive you would need to contact the (USPS). You can track your package to see the shipping history status with your tracking number.

E-CHECK
If you pay by E-Check your order will not be processed until your E-Check has cleared. For example, if you purchased something on the 10th of the month and your E-Check doesn't clear until the 27th of the month your order will not be processed until the 27th of the month or the next day. Please do not ask us why we haven't shipped out your order when you know good and well your E-Check didn't clear until 1-2 weeks later. We will not ship out any items until we receive payment. (We are using the 7th and 27th as example dates)

APO/FPO/DPO
APO, FPO or DPO addresses must show labels on the package, we cannot customize or change information that's inside or outside your package. We are not responsible for items/packages held in customs. Once the package is shipped the USPS is now in control of package processing. If your item is returned under any circumstance we will not issue a refund for products purchased or for shipping fees. There are no Refunds, Exchanges or Returns on any of our items. NOT ALL P.O BOXES ARE ACCEPTED FOR (USPS) SHIPMENT/SHIPPING

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
If there is something that we've done wrong or incorrect on our behalf which concerns your purchase order we will take full responsibility. However, you have 8 hrs from the date, time and tracking information of delivery to let us know if there is an issue. If you do not inform us of any issue within 8 hrs upon receiving your package regarding your order we will not assume or take any responsibility regarding your orderSince we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and you receive your order on a Friday we must see an email from you within the same 8 hr time frame on either Friday the latest Saturday by 7 a.m ( EST)

WE NO LONGER SHIP PACKAGES OUT IN THE MONTH OF
DECEMBER! Why? It's a big inconvenience to you our customers. Packages get lost or stolen and they don't arrive on schedule. It's just too CRAZY!!!!
