Refunds and Returns

If there is something that we've done wrong or incorrect on our behalf which concerns your purchase order we will take full responsibility. However, you have 8 hrs from the date, time and tracking information of delivery to let us know if there is an issue. If you do not inform us of any issue within 8 hrs upon receiving your package regarding your order we will not assume or take any responsibility regarding your order. Since we are closed on Saturday and Sunday and you receive your order on a Friday we must see an email from you within the same 8 hr time frame on either Friday the latest Saturday by 7 a.m ( EST)
